Hi, everyone
These questions can be seen as a continuation of my previous thread regarding synchronous sampling.
I've tried to modify one of the synchronized sampling examples in LV8 in order to realize the trigger communication suggested by one of you. I have (of course) a couple of questions.
1) Will the attached vi work once i connect the physical wire? I haven't tried yet for reasons that are explained below.
2) Both my cards are connected to 2 BNC terminal blocks each (BNC-2110). All these four blocks have 9 contacts called PFI 1-9. How do I know which ones that correspond to the right PFI-source? I know that on my card, the PFI 0 - pin is pin #11 on the "connector 0" cable, but once it disappears into the 2110 terminal block it is impossible for me to know where it goes. There is also a BNC-connector on the 2110 that is called "PFI 0/AI START TRIG", so this is very confusing. Can I do any damage if I go by the "trial and error"-approach?
3) After the sampling: Will the data collected by the PXI-system be transferred to my vi through the network cable automatically?

Hello!
I believe you solved this issue yourself; at least I got that impression by reading your posts that has been posted after this one. Please correct me if I have wrong!
