Shortcut to top-level VI

I've forgotten how to make a desktop shortcut to a top-level VI residing in a library.

Help, please?

Create a shortcut to LabView.exe, open the shortcut properties, then in the Destination box add the full vi path.
Example: "C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabView 7.1\LabView.exe" "C:\My Dir\My Library.llb\My vi.vi"
