Shutting down win98 from labview

Is it possible to shutdown win98 from labview when you exit your vi?

NI has a bunch of windows utilities on the site (www.ni.com). I think
titled win32 something or other. These include a VI to exit windows

I believe there is a Quit Windows.vi out there that is part of a windows
ultilities that is downloadable from NI.
