I am trying to create a VI that uses both software generated signals and hardware generated signals using two 5406 arbitrary waveform cards and a 6115 DAQ card to read them. Whenever I use a stop button to stop the data acquisition loop when the hardware function generators are running, I get errors 200279, which I think has to do with buffer size and rate, and error 200099, which says the physical channel is not specified. When I use the stop button when the software signal generators are running, I only get error 200099. I believe this has something to do with the two different modes of signal generation interfering, but I can't figure out how to stop it.
Any help would be much appreciated
