Hi all,
I need your advice guys,
you can see in the attached picture that i am having signal that is a little bit noisy and wanna do further analysis with the signal by applying fourier transform , wavelet or anything that could give a best result.
what do you advice me guys ? can anyone give me an example of doing so ?
Thank you All !!

Bill David,
The first advice we will give is to ask very specific questions. You show a waveform and describe it as noisy but do not show which part you consider noise. Are the large spikes the noise or are those QRS complexes in an ECG waveform?
What do you consider a "best result"? You can certainly do a fourier or wavelet analysis of that waveform. What do you hope that such an analysis will tell you about the signal?
What are you trying to measure?
Your title refers to a "Real Time Signal" but that term means different things to different people. What is the time scale on which you must respond? What happens if you are a little bit late?

Bildavid:
If you want to reduce or elminate the noise (and you are sure it is noise) before you apply a fourier transform to it - it is best to do so with hardware rather than software.
Your post didn't say where the signal was coming from, so I would suggest checking your cabling or applying hardware filtering to the signal.
