Signals Separating .

Recorded directly from people means which data acquisition system you are using. Normally we call the voltage output of the sensor as raw value so do you mean the same thing. Is it possible to post the code you have done for this then it would be easy to find a solution.

Have you got the Idea on what I am going or what I want to do ?! also I want to extract the max and min values from the signal , so Should i convert the signal to array and then search for max and min. values ? 

any person who has experience in this issue , Please give me your Idea !
