Did you bother to do a search?  NI has a LabVIEW Robotics Simulator toolkit available (although it's $2000):  http://www.ni.com/white-paper/14133/en/

For more basic stuff (a lot of it is free) start here:  http://www.ni.com/white-paper/10483/en/

Next time, why not just do a web search for such an easy question so you don't have to wait around for an answer in a forum.  Smiley Wink

Acually I have installed all this toolkits & used robotics starter kit 2.0

the  problem I have is that I can't simulate 2 robots at the same time in one simulator.

Ah, now I see.  Unfortunately I don't have that toolkit.  I can't be certain but I think it's designed for modeling one system, not as a sandbox for creating environments with multiple interacting robots.  Someone with experience with it might chime in and give you an answer but if you own the toolkit I suggest you just call NI tech support and ask if what you want to do is possible.  If not I'm sure they can steer you in the right direction so you can get your project going.
