Thank you for your Support.
The customer purchased Software 784503-35.
He downloaded LabVIEW from the manufacturer’s site.

He downloaded LabVIEW from the manufacturer’s site.
However, when he tried to activate it, he was unable to enter the Serial Number, as shown in the picture (image 1)
— the field only displayed “#####” and would not allow input.
Therefore, I recommended that he contact NI Technical Support, since activation requires a valid Serial Number (License Key).

That said, the support page also rejected the Serial Number we provided to him.(image2)
It appears that, for some reason, the license purchased through us has not yet been verified/recognized by the supplier. He also tried activating an older version of LabVIEW that he had recently used, but the same issue occurred. (image 3)
Could you kindly check this matter?

This product is "LabVIEW base". What happens if you try to enter the code into the the correct field?
