Hello,
I tried using the solution posted in this old thread since I was also having issues with continuous sound output:
http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/audio-output/m-p/894561#M403818
The problem is that after running the Continuous Sound Output.vi only once, it is no longer possible to playback sound in Labview, neither by using the regular Sound Output Write or using the Play Waveform Express VI. This has happened on two different computers (both running Windows 7 and LV2014).
Seems like there is some global setting in LV that is being permanently changed by this VI. Does anyone know where I can find such a setting?
thanks,

Hi Ventle,
I've had a look at this code for you (when you talk about continuous sound output.vi I'm assuming you mean the one in the other forum thread?) and I'm afraid that the code is full of DLL calls, so it's impossible to see everything that the code is doing to the computer. I can't say whether it's doing something to the LabVIEW settings.
You could try contacting the chap who posted them, he may know what the DL does.
All the best
Vsenior
