How can I do to use the input signal audio from my soundcard
SoundBlasterLive and to elaborate it with LabView?

Have you tried the soundcard VIs that come with LabVIEW? They're on the Graphics & Sound>Sound palette. There are examples for using them under Help>Find Examples>Hardware Input and Output>Sound.
