I had a similar problem when working with IMAQ.
I suggest you make copies of the single original image and then apply
the ROI functions to those copied images.This approach has worked for
me before, but I can't offer you any explanation why this works.Hope
it solves your problem.
Plz let me know if you have come across other solutions to this
problem.
