Hi everyone,
I'm just wondering if there are some special requirements on WSDL. I just tried to import some examples from XMETHODS (WSDL directory) into the VI via 'Tools' -> 'Import' -> 'Web service' but in some cases an error occurs, despite the fact that the web service is definitely active:
1. URL doesn't exist or WSDL is wrong
2. authentification failed
3. proxy settings wrong
(e.g. 'Countries web service' works, 'Stock Quote' does not)
Other web services work fine - so what's the difference? I couldn't find any solution in the elder topics. Are there any requirements I should know before starting programming?
Thanks & greetings,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,
I think there are some webservices linked on this website which are working and some which are not.
I´ve tested one of every "Implementation"-type and every time the ws could be analyzed with "Analyze WSDL" on the website,
LabVIEW would be able to import it. If LabVIEW could not import it, the analysis would also fail.
So I don´t think that it is a LabVIEW related issue.
