Specific tags in tag file not logging data.

I am running LV 6.1 with DSC and using Fieldpoint hardware. They system is logging all tag data accurately with a few exceptions. I have a few Mass Flow controllers which are controlled via AO-200 and AO-210 modules. I am reading the transmitters from these MFC via AI-110 and 111's. All of the AI's log correctly, but my inputs (on the AO-200 and 210's) present inaccurate starting timestamps in MAX. ONLY A COUPLE OF TAGS ON THESE MODULES ARE INCORRECT, other tags on the same modules present correct timestamp information. In MAX the starting tag date is the current day and month, but the year is 1700. In the HTV the tags do not display any data they are only listed as zero. This does not seem to be a hardware issue, since
some of the channels are working properly. Any suggestions?

Prashant,

Can you see the same strange timestamps in FieldPoint Explorer?

Mike S.,

No, in Fieldpoint the timestamps are correct, unfortunately.

I assume that your tags are pointed directly to the fieldpoint modules and not the opc server. If this is not the case, I would highly recommend the direct (logos) connection over opc.

Also, can you check the following KnowledgeBase to see if the problem description matches what you are seeing?:

If so, please refer to the fixes suggested.
