NM I just realized that the first error was for DIsp Channel (which is the configuration which I can get usable readings through a 2310 Signal Conditioner). Anyway I tried to run the VI using the Bridge V/V and the configured scale and get no errors but no reading either. I used all 3 known calibration configurations and also I put a 5V Ex on the gage and took my own readings (as the others are year/decades old) and tried that config too. Using my reading I got Max= 12m = 0inches and Min= -22m = -1.335inches.

Hi Loki,
What Justin posted about the sampling rate for the 9237 is correct, the minimum sampling rate of the 9237 is 1.6 KHz. That doesn't really make a difference here but I thought I'd point that out. I did find something about the behavior you reported earlier where the DAQmx driver tells you to reduce the input range and after you reduce it asks you to reduce it again. When you calibrate and detect an offset in your bridge, the driver will adjust your input range by whatever offset it detects. If you get stuck in this kind of loop a simple solution is to just create a new task. I've noticed that you're doing all of this in the DAQ assistant. It would be better for diagnostic purposes to work in Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX). I'll locate a bridge and create a task that I can verify works with a 9237 and upload it.

Sean,
I have a TEDs file which is known to work for TestWorks. I tried to load it for the displacement gage and get Error 200826.

Hi lokisspydr,
Could you post the TEDS file? The TEDS library does not support templates and that could be the cause of this issue. Our TEDS software only supports the templates listed in C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\TEDS\Templates. If you open each of the tdl files in notepad, it will explain which templates are supported.

Steve,
I do not have the folder you posted. Here is the TEDs file we use for TestWorks.

Hi Loki,
I couldn't open that TEDs file. Could you send it to me again? Thanks,
