Struggling acquiring data from third party instrument using LabVIEW. Can someone please help? (code and documentations attached)

No matter what I tried, I kept getting error -1073807339. i also took a look at his link " https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z0000019L3mSAE&l=en-US " 

I am really not sure what to do. I'm expecting to get a bunch of data when I send the command (script) to the device.

It looks like the baud rate needs to be adjusted.
