Hi Mangesh,
I have installed the drivers. I'm using : NI-DAQmx, version 9.3.
Anything else I missed?

Varsha,
It seems that the DAQmx is not responding either due to it gets corrupted or not installed properly.
If possible try to uninstall and reinstall DAQmx drivers
Also make sure that beside DAQ Assistant other DAQmx VIs are working properly or not.

I have already re-install my 3rd attempt.
Other DAQmx VIs are working.
Are u getting the same error as mine when you run the file? Could you help clarify please?
Thanks.

If the other DAQmx Vi's work why don't you rewrite it?
I mean the assistant is just a start up. It's slower then when you build it yourself.

Sorry, I typed too fast and hit Post. Other DAQmx Vi's are not working too.. I cant seem to find the DAQ control Task.vi. Its missing.
I dont know what else to do. Could you help advise?

Your DAQ assistant opened just fine for me. (It is set for Dev1/ai0, continuous voltage acquisition, 200 samples at a 1 kHz rate).
I still think it is an issue with your DAQ drivers.
DAQmx 9.3 is the newest version that still works with LabVIEW 8.5, which is the version that your VI says it is.
Yet in an earlier message you say you are using LabVIEW 2011. LabVIEW version needs DAQmx 9.3.5
See NI-DAQ and LabVIEW Version Compatibility (for Windows)
The latest version of DAQmx is 9.8, and the chart shows that it still works with LabVIEW 2011.
I recommend you install the correct version of NI-DAQmx that works with your version of LabVIEW.

I cant seem to find the DAQmx .vi files. I browsed here:http://www.ni.com/white-paper/2744/en#toc1
but I dont see the DAQ Assistant in my case as below:

In message 6, you said "I have also placed a new DAQ but same error appears."
How were you able to place a new DAQ assistant if you don't have it in your palettes?
Like I said, because DAQmx 9.3 is not compatible with LabVIEW 2011.
Install the latest version of DAQmx. Then the DAQmx functions including the DAQ Assistant should show up in your LV11 palettes and the code should start working.

Yep, you need at least version 9.3.5 to use DAQmx with LabVIEW 2011. See here for more details:DAQ and LabVIEW Compatibility
