Suggestion to expand the range of an analog input channel to a USB-6009 or similar device

I'm sure somebody has thought about how to reduce an analog input voltage to an acceptable range for the DAQ device they are using. I would be interested in seeing what has already been written on the subject. In the mean time I am attaching an exel spread sheet detailing my own approach to this situation.

3. Non-inverting op-amp circuit.

Signal conditioning circuit is pretty cheap and reliable now.  For me, it is better to buy something off-the-shelf, since it will be easy for people in the future to follow my design as well.
