If you right click on the tank, you can select Advanced>Customize. This brings up the control editor. There is a little 'wrench' on the tool bar. If you click on it, it will change to 'tweezers'. This is edit mode. In edit mode, I selected the numbers and dragged them to the right side. You'll want to move the numeric indicator out of the way. I used the text tool to change to left justification. You can select the tick marks and drag either end. If you hold down the Ctl key while you drag, the tick marks will extend horizontally. I first dragged the right side of the tick mark over to the right and then the left side. I had to fiddle a little bit with aligning the tick marks on the left side. You can use a smaller grid to make this a bit easier.
