I'm trying to use 2 PXI chassis. One PXIe-1082 with an embedded 8840 controller is used as a primary instrument. It hosts 2 strain gauge modules (PXI4330) and a 8364 synchronization module. I've never used one of these before but according to the salesman from NI it was the easiest way to synch 2 chassis. This module (8364) is connected to a 8360 module in a PXI1045 chassis through a MXI cable. This second chassis has no embedded controller and is full of accelerometer channels (14 PXI4472). I'm trying to read strain gauges (chassis 1) and accelerometers (chassis 2) together but sync errors appears. I also tried with the synchronization example in NI Help. with no luck.
