TAB-functionality in Labview 7.0

Hi, I am working with labview 7.0 and I don't like it that the tab-functionality is gone in 7.0 (I mean the option to choose between the wirering-cursor, the color-cursor etc...) The cursor now changes automatically dependent from the place on the control. I wonder if its possible to activate back the TAB-functionality?

Hi Davy

If you don't like that feature, then goto Tools>>Options>>Select "New and changed LV 7.0" and unselect there the "Lock automatic tool selection on". Now you can enable/disable this feature with SHIFT-TAB. Or you can open the Tools palette and activate/deactivate this feature with the mouse. See on top.

Yes it is. This and many more settings are controlled in the
Tools>>Options dialog. The setting you are looking for is on the first
page. You might also want to browse through the Upgrade Notes as they
summarize the new features and changes in a brief and technical manner.
