I have configured a TCP/IP resource in MAX under devices and interfaces using a raw IP address, port80 and an alias. The port tests successfully. This resource disappears from MAX when I try to Use the Instrument I/O assistant in LabView7. Ultimately, I would like to configure the resource and be able to communicate through the I/O assistant using the query and parse option. What am i doing wrong and is this possible with TCP/IP capable equipment?
