TDM, TDMA, AM, FM simulations using LabVIEW

Hi,

I'd like to do the following simulations using LabVIEW:

- TDM (time-division multiplexing)
- TDMA (time-division multiple access)
- AM (amplitude modulation)
- FM (frequency modulation)

Any info would be helpful.

Thanks,
Manson

P.S. Currently I'm using LabVIEW 7 Express

Hi, Manson,

You may refer to the modulation toolkit in Labview. I know at least it has AM and FM functions.

Hi,

How can I access the modulation toolkit. I searched on the LabVIEW Help session but couldn't find anything.

Also, does LabVIEW also do TDM and TDMA?

Thanks,

Manson

It's an add-on that you have to purchase. Info on it can be found here.

Can I at least do AM / FM simulations in LabVIEW without purchasing any add-on?

Do you have MathLab?

Yes, I do have MATLAB.

How can I do AM / FM (or even TDM / TDMA) using MATLAB?

Oh wait, do you mean MATLAB, or Mathlab?

What is Mathlab, how can I get it?

Sorry typo..

MATLAB..

You can create the TDMA in MATLAB and use LV to run simulations.  However, you may require a special version of LV.

Do a seach on MATLAB and MATLAB scripts.

I just checked, and the Math Interface Toolkit is also an add-on in LabVIEW that costs $495.

Is there other way to simulate AM / FM (or even TDM / TDMA) without purchasing add-on?

Thanks again,
Manson
