What can i do if i accidentally deleted the TDMS File Viewer.vi?

You could copy the VI from another system.  The option would be to do a re-install/repair of LabVIEW.

I was fairly pleased recently with the repair functionality in recent LabVIEW (via NI Package Manager).

 

You can repair specifically vi.lib by going to the "Installed" tab and then searching for "VI Library". Note that if "Products only" is ticked (and I think this is the default) you won't find it - so uncheck that box.
