I'm not too familiar with this scope but I searched through the instrument driver an couldn't find anything explicitly on phase measurements. Check the user manual of the device to see if this measurement is posible with the instrument.
If it is not, you could acquire the two waveforms and perform the phase measurement yourself. Here is a knowledge base on capturing two waveforms using a specific scope driver:
