TO AMPLIFY THE VOLTAGE OF PWM SIGNAL

I am working on project of speed control of three phase induction motor using CRIO controller. In i am giving pulse to inverter to trigger IGBT  so that inverter can give output to motor. but my pwm signal voltage is only 2.4 v but i need minimum 5v to trigger on the IGBT. so how can i get the required voltage.

This is probably more of a hardware question. Let me know if I should move it to a more suitable place (e.g. Real time or motion).

Could it be that the IGBT draws too much current? (Sorry, I don't have any drivers installed, so I cannot look at your code in detail)

Which module are you using? I don't recall seeing a module with a digital out of less than 5V.

How are you measuring the voltage?

If you are using a DMM there is often a period over which it averages.

Taking this into account a 50% duty cycle PWM at 5V peak would appear to be a ~2.5V DC signal to a DMM.

Switching a higher voltage off and on with a lower voltage is Transistors 101 but in your case I would look into an actual IGBT driver IC. As my experience with IGBT's is that they are very unforgiving.
