Your variant really works!

How I did it:

1. Switch to Page 2.

2. Place something on page, even decoration.

3. Disable Auto Grow

4. Delete placed object.

5. Enable Auto Grow.

It does not work for me. LabVIEW 2021.0.1f2 (32-bit).
