Table border question

Hi, I want to get a table control looks like:

But I can't find a table control in Modern, Classic, System that looks like the above,  I mean the border of table.

System table has the same border, but, the color vertical and horizontal line is gray.

And I want X3 X2 looks like mathmatical power 3, power 2, that is, 3,2digit is on the right up of X

I used a Classic table control to create the attached example.

In your particular case, there are specific characters to create the cubed and squared characters of your column headers.
