Tag engine will not start after installing latest DSC update

here are the results from doing a mass recompile with the filename changed to prevent loading dsc at startup.

I uninstalled the DSC software from the control panel. I then reinstalled the dsc software from feb2003 CD set and installed the jan 2003 DSC fix from your web site. The Tag engine will now run.

I finally resolved the issue by removing all software in control panel and then deleting the national instruments folder. I found that the upgrades must have been unzipped to the wrong location. I had several files that had 2 or 3 copies in different locations. Thanks for all the help.
