Tektronix TDS680B Driver

Hey everyone, I'm trying to get waveform data in the form of a CSV file off of a Tektronix TDS680B.  I've looked all over this site and others but have not been able to find a Labview Driver for this particular oscilliscope.  Does anyone know where I can find one, or know enough about driver creation to help me build one?

Perhaps you can use/modify a driver for one of the scopes in the same family since they have the same programming manual. There are drivers for the 420/460 and 684/694/744/754/784.
