This VI is not executable

First of all, thanks for your answer Sam.

I am sending three photos to better explain the issue.
The first picture is the error that appears in Deployment PC when I execute the program
The second picture is Additional Installers
and third photo are the components that I  have installed on my  Deployment PC.

So what are you use else, other than LabVIEW? 

Any non-NI drivers ?  

Are you using the LabVIEW DSC module?

It looks to me like you have the 2011 DSC Run-Time installed. But, you have compiled the new executable in LV 2015. I think that you need to get the 2015 DSC Run-Time and install that. I have had this happen in the past and installing the same DSC Run-Time as the LV Developement version solved the problem for me.

I have also found that if I create an Installer for the program ir does not install the proper DSC Run-Time as that requires a different license from NI.

It is not available for download. If you have a current license for the DSC Run-Time, call tech support. They can send it to you via the FTP server.

So the installer build specification doesn't detect/include that you need the DSC runtime or other DSC components but if you untick the 'automatically detect required components' you can easily add the DSC runtime to your installer (as per the instructions I have already given you). You don't need to download it separately:

I've highlighted the components that I think you might need (I am using LV2014 but you should find the equivalent in LV2015).

I think you need a run-time license for the DSC module? The DSC module is one of the few components that requires a separate license (I think TestStand is another one) for the run-time component.
