Time format in LV7

For example I store time stamp 1xDBL every about 1 minute on computer in Sydney, from 8:00 am to 14:00 pm.
Then this file is sended to Prague and here I want to export it to ACSII, but I need to see the data in Sydney local time.

How to do it in LV7 ?

Store the time zone in the file as well and so when your application opens it in Prague you calculate what time offset you need to apply to the DBL and calculate the Sydney time.
