Time into columns

Hi Guys,

I'm thinking of updating the time stamp regularly into 1 column and 5 rows. Can anyone give me some guidance?

can I update the time in this kind of format 11.23AM into the rows and columns.Can I do it without splitting the hours, minutes and seconds?
