I have used the signal express interface along with the sound and vibration toolkit to post process vibe data before. I want to be able to post process my shaft vibe data using Time Synchronous Averaging techniques. I have a 1/rev signal tachometer that I can use for segmentation. How do I go about TSA my vibe data within signal express?
Is this even the right approach? Should the TSA be done as a post processing step or should it be performed prior to recording data?
