To convert resampled waveform output(.WAV) FILE into bit stream( NUMBER OF BITS IS 40,00,000)

Dear all,

               I want to connect resampled waveform output to MT map bits to symbols.vi (QAM) input.how can i do it. 

literally i want to give input sound file to an QAM modulation vi and and connect it to data reference interleave.vi
