Hi,
So when you open Tone Measurements Express Vi from LabVIEW, it crashes? What do you mean by can't initializing completely and close automatically?
What is the LabVIEW version you are using and what is the version of the Sound and Vibration Toolkit that you are using? Is the version of the LabVIEW and the version of the Sound and Vibration Toolkit the same? Meaning if you are using LabVIEW 2013, you'll need to install Sound and Vibration Toolkit 2013.
Or perhaps you did not restart your computer after you install the toolkit?
Warmest regards,

My LabVIEW Version is 2012,the version of Sound and Vibration Toolkit I forget ,but it was installed at the same time.I had installed for one year, but I hadn't used it.
When I place the Tone Measurements Express Vi ,software will display a process bar ,and then close while move to the half .Therefor,I can't configure it all the time.

Hi,
Go to your NI License Manager and check the version of your Sound and Vibration Toolkit. It could be a version mismatch. At the same time, check if the license for that toolkit is activated.
The worst case is that you'll need to perform clean uninstallation and reinstall the LabVIEW, Sound and Vibration Toolkit and the necessary drivers (you'll need to check if you did not install the required drivers as well).

Hi,
Sorry. Forgot to add this to my questions: What is the operating system that you're running? Are you running on LabVIEW 2012 (32bit)?
Thanks

Hi,
Any news about the version of the toolkit that you are using? If it is 2012, did you try to perform clean uninstallation and reinstall it back in order (LabVIEW -> Toolkit -> Driver)?
When you said 32 bit, I presume that you mean LabVIEW 2012 32 bit?
Thanks
