Traditional DAq instead of NIScope

Hello, I'm using a 5102 DAQ card and Labview 7. Since I measure single bursts I want to acquire the data asynchronously. However NI Scope doesn't support this kind of acquisition so I used traditional DAQ (see attached vi). In this vi there is another loop which is supposed to resolve the 100% load of CPU whilst waiting for a trigger. However it doesn't work, does anyone of you know why or, alternatively, have any better suggestions?

Hello Schorsche,

The 5102 is not recommended to be programmed in this way and it looks like for your particular application you are forced to use traditional DAQ.
