Transfer a jpg or bmp file via datasocket?

Hi

 Is it possible to transfer a Picture file via Data Socket? I would like to build an app that will transfer small jpg files ( security alarm system) to my program for display. Is this possible with Data Soctet?

Take a look at the "DS SendImage" and "DS ReceiveImage" in the LabVIEW examples. "Help->Find Examples..." and enter "datasocket" in the search tab. You should be able to adapt the basic concept to use JPEG files.
