Trouble installing Community labview 2021 SP1 32 Bit

Im new to labview and am trying to download it at home for my school. Everytime I download it I get this error 

Error '2' occurred while opening file '\\?\E:\pool\ni-labview-2021-ff-runtime-engine-x86_21.1.0.49476-0+f324_windows_x64.nipkg'. Error details: No such file or directory

I have 900+GB available on my disc and am very unfamiliar with whatever it is trying to tell me. Can anyone help?

Unrelated, but you cannot use LV Community Edition for most academic purposes.

it is OK for hobby, home, K-12, and any school work.

The academic restriction: The community edition is only not allowed for teaching and academic research on university owned computers.

e.g.: quote from here:

A: Yes. Students may install and use LabVIEW Community edition on any computer that is owned by the student, to be used for any non-commercial, non-industrial purpose, including working on classwork. Computers owned by the university must use software licenses as part of an Academic Volume License Agreement.

You need to provide more details:

• Why don't you download the newest version?
• What kind of computer is this (OS version, etc.).
• Where do you download it from?
• Downloading should not give any errors, just running the installation. Please clarify.
