Trouble installing Robotics Module

Hi,

I keep getting the error below whenever I try to open the VI I attached. 

I've downloaded the NI Robotics driver and keep getting this issue

Error i get whenever I open the program

I initially assumed it was a licensing issue but my serial number doesn't activate it

Hello, 

Have you checked in NI MAX to see if you installed the correct LabVIEW Robotics Module? 

If you go into NI MAX and select software, you should see LabVIEW 2017. Can you verify you have the Robotics Module listed under there?

It is not listed there. How do I install it correctly then?

If you log into your ni.com account and register your serial number you should be able to download the 2017 version of the LabVIEW robotics module.
