Trying to find recessed buttons

I have seen many examples that have recessed buttons with a small blue outline.  I am using LV 8.5 on XP.

 

Does anyone know where these buttons come from?  I do not see them in my pallate.

Are you perharps refering to the buttons on the classic palette?

If not, could you provide a picture of the desired look?
