Two analog outputs from a PXI chassis with a M series and E series card

I need to send out two analog output waveforms using two distinct frequencies. I have a PXI chassis with one M series card and one E series card. How should I go about this? Do I need to use two clocks? Thanks.

Depending on the requirements in regard of synchronization, there are different approaches. You can find starting points for implementations in the Example Finder in the area DAQmx >> Synchronization >> Multi Device.
