Two different execution targets simultaneously?

I am developing two applications, one for my Windows workstation and the other for my PocketPC PDA, which must talk to each other via TCP.  I would like have both VI's open for development at the same time on my workstation.  However, it seems that LabVIEW forces me to choose only one execution target at a time.  Is it possible to set one execution target for one VI and different for the other without constantly having to switch between targets?

You could probably do it be opening up two instances of the LabVIEW executable itself, One targeted to Windows and one to the PDA.

See this thread on how to get LabVIEW running twice on your machine.

Using the Abort button to stop your VI is like using a tree to stop your car. It works, but there may be consequences.
