URGENT HELP: My sbRIO 9631 Start Kit is not Responding to any Changes

Hello NI community.

I ran into some dire problems with my sbRIO 9631 0n starter kit 1.0. After an initial successful connection through NI Max, code deployment and testing, I ran into an issue that required me to format the sbRIO. After formatting, I have tried to reset the IP address through NI Max to no avail. The status LED keeps blinking every 2s and won't stop.

When connecting to NI Max, the controller appears with the default 0.0.0.0 IP address. After changing the IP address through the static IP option, I save and the controller enters an endless restarting mode. On the remote controller its shows "Disconnected... Restarting", and nothing happens...it stays there. I tried debugging through console out and got this:

Please, I need help urgently on how to fix this. It is part of my Thesis.

Thank you very much.

I would try to find in the manual how to hard reset it to whatever its factory default is. I have 0 experience with sbRIO9631 but I've had moderate success doing that with mis-configured cRIOs.

Thanks, Jake, I will be expecting your reply.

Because I have tried virtually everything I could get from the manual.
