Which Versions of VISA and DAQmx are necessary to run the USB 6009 with LABVIEW 2011 SP 1 running Win 10/64 bit?

With Win10 you should use a more recent version of LabVIEW!

For your USB6009 you need a DAQmx version compatible with your LabVIEW version: search for "LabVIEW DAQmx compatibility" to get an overview from NI.

Search the Web for "DAQmx and LabVIEW Compatibility".  Note that LabVIEW 2011 is really pretty old -- if you don't have the installation disks, you might be in trouble ...
