this all works great for outputs.

do you have an example on using the "group read.vi"

at the moment, i use one group config to setup the inputs, and another to setup the outputs. is this the way to do it?

pitty daq assistant does not work for 6508..  😞

Check to see if you have a \examples\daq\digital folder with a 8255.llb in it. With 8.5, it seems that the traditional DAQ examples are not listed in the example finder but the actual examples are still installed.

Thanks, I found it, but there is no examples on how to use  "group read" vi

I have attached my current VI. Digital out works fine, but Digital in(read) does not.

Also, what is the input named GROUP used for on Group Config.vi ?
