USB-845x library installation

Alright, so I don't have a packages tab and since this system is not connected to the internet, the only tab that works is the installed tab. Also have Browse and Update. The Installed tab shows that I have NI-845x and NI-845x Runtime as well as LabVIEW 2018 and LabVIEW 2018 Runtime.  

I am guessing there is something wrong with my NI Package Manager then. I tried reinstalling it but it refuses since it is already installed. If you try to uninstall, you get a pretty stern warning that you could destroy everything if you do this.

The packages tab only shows up if you go to the settings gear and enable feeds there.

I was finally able to connect this system to the internet and turn on Feeds successfully. Ran the install again and the option to install Labview Support didn't show up. But I was able to install it manually from the Packages tab.
