USB-8502 problem with X-NET driver

Hi,

I am trying to control NI USB-8502 with LabVIEW by using the X-NET library. Unluckily, in our company LabVIEW 2011 is the latest version, then I have X-NET 14.5 (as it is the latest compatible with LV2011); however, the earliest driver that recognizes USB-8502 is X-NET 16.1, and when I install it, logically, I cannot use the library in LV. Any suggestion of using another library or how can I manage to maintain this driver while using an older version of X-NET for LV control.

Thank you in advance!

Unfortunately, you cannot use LabVIEW without upgrading it to a compatible version.

Perhaps, you can install NI-XNET 16.1 or later and use C programming instead of LabVIEW. Shipping examples are available at C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\NI-XNET\Examples\MS Visual C
