USB-8542 - need to create VI that will read MISO until DRDY line is goes high

I 'm using a NI  USB-8452 -   I'm able to send a   MSP430 a hex command and get a response .    What I would like to do is send the command and have the USB-8452 read the response until the DRDY line goes high.
