Hi astroboy
I am assuming that you have tried the driver from here and it is this that does not give you the ability to reset you device. Looking here you can find the driver in other forms. You will need to check to see if either the dll or activeX driver will give you the functionally you require. See this KB for info on using activeX in LabVIEW and this KB for info on calling dlls.
Other than this it is probably a case of contacting the manufacturer to see if there devices have this functionality.
