I have the same issue. Does anyone know how to solve it?

Hi An1,

What are you referring to? Several issues and solutions have been given already.

USB4000 stopped being recognized by Oceanoptics software after LV is installed. It can be resolved only by killing visa driver. But then LV doesn’t recognize it. I think this complain should be issued to OceanOptics rather then to NI.

That is just how it works. It's like if you have a book in English, then translate it to Spanish, now the English readers cannot read it.

There is a way to call the OceanOptics "Omnidriver" from LabVIEW, so you would not have to switch drivers, but I think you have to pay for an Omnidriver license, and I found the VISA drivers to be much more user friendly.
